How do I use the Cliptures graphics?

Answer

The Cliptures images are graphic files, not programs. To use the Cliptures clipart, you need to have a graphics or layout (card making or "print" type) software program installed on your computer. The Cliptures CDs include all the clipart in multiple formats, so there is sure to be one that's compatible with your graphics or layout program.

The Cliptures CDs are designed so that you can import the clipart directly from the CD into the page you're working on in your software layout program.

The basic steps are that you start your layout program and create a new page first. Then, still in your layout program, you "import" a graphic or graphics that you want to use from a Cliptures CD into that layout.

Every software program has its own way of importing graphics so you will need to check your software program's manual or online help files for the exact command in your program. You can usually find it under importing or inserting a graphics.
