Shadowed Text
Create your large sized text on the computer and make its color black. Make a duplicate copy of the text and place it just a little up and off to the side of the first set of text. Make the color of the second (top) set another color and you have shadowed text! A neat effect that's easy to add to your scrapbook pages!

Duplicating a Text Block
(This will work with just about any layout program.)

1. Select the text block you want to duplicate.

2. Under your program's "Edit" menu, select the "Copy" command. (This copies the text block to your computer's memory.)

3. Go back to the "Edit" menu and select the "Paste" command. A duplicate of the text block will be pasted into your document!

Note: Some programs have a "Duplicate" command also (usually in the "Edit" menu). This will do the same thing as a "copy and paste" in one step instead of two!
