I'm confused! When I purchase one of your clipart volumes, don't I own it?

Answer

This can be a bit confusing! When you purchase one of our clipart products, what you're actually purchasing is a "limited" license to use the clipart. Limited means that there are some things that you can and some things that you can't do with the artwork. The artwork is still owned by us, the copyright owner. The license you purchase means you are allowed to use it under the terms of our license agreement.

This is true with practically any software you "purchase", the same as with books, music CDs, movies, and similar items.
