Can I create digital embroidery patterns from your clipart and sell or give the patterns to other embroiderers?

Answer

No. That would be a violation of our copyright and the software license.

Our customers are allowed to make, for their own personal use, embroidery patterns from graphics which they have puchased a license from us for. They can then apply that to finished clothing articles (hats, shirts, and similar items) and sell or give away the finished clothing articles, but, they cannot sell or give the designs to anyone else to use.
