Please be sure to give us specific information about the problem you are having, the specific software you are using including the version number, the computer type (Windows or Macintosh), and the operating system you are using.

    Please note: Almost every question asked of us is because the person is not familiar with the software program they are trying to use our clipart with. Although we try to help with questions about software programs, there are way to many programs and versions for us to be able to keep track. If your question is about the basics for using clipart with some particular program you have, we encourage you to check that program's User Manual, or, that software company's web site for help with their software program.

    We do not provide technical support (other than these tech support pages) for any of the free clipart we have available on our site.
