When you place an order online, you will receive an email confirmation from us and our credit card authorization service confirming your order. You will receive another email from us when your order ships.

Order Processing Time
Orders received Monday through Friday by 1:00 PM (Mountain Time) will usually ship by the next business day.
We ship all orders, domestic and international, through the United States Postal Service. We ship internationally to a limited number of countries where the US Postal Service offers International Priority Mail Service.
Shipping and handling fees are based on the number of CDs ordered and the destination country. Destinations are broken down into 3 catergories: United States (including APOs and US Territories), Canada, and all other countries where International Priority Mail Service is available.

United States, APOs and US Territories
US orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail service and normally take 2 to 3 days business days for delivery (not a guaranteed delivery time).
All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service International Priority Mail and normally take 7 to 10 business days for delivery (not a guaranteed delivery time). We only ship to countries where the US Postal Service provides International Priority Mail service.
If for some unfortunate reason, your order should arrive and something in the shipment has been damaged, please call us at 303-350-8557, or and we will have a replacement sent to you.
Although rare, if you should find that a disk or CD from one of products is defective, please call us at 303-350-8557, or and we will have a replacement sent to you.
Unopened Software Envelopes: If the software license envelope has not been opened, a product may be returned but only with a prior return authorization from Dream Maker Software. Prior to returning a product, please call us at 303-350-8557, or
and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Make sure the RMA number given to you is clearly visible on your shipping label. Any unknown parcels without a previously authorized RMA number will be refused, return to sender.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If a return is for more than one product, or, if the product is not returned in a new and undamaged condition, there will be a twenty percent restocking charge deducted from any refund due.
Opened Software Envelopes: We do not under any circumstances accept returns for refund or credit on any product software if the software license envelope has been opened or tampered with in any way.
